Digital Project Manager
Overview
We are looking for a Mid-Level Digital Project Manager with 3-4+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects from start to finish, including post-launch activities. You'll drive projects forward by understanding business objectives, success factors, platform strategies, and potential risks, while maintaining focus on timelines, client satisfaction, team collaboration, and project profitability. As projects evolve, you’ll identify and address bottlenecks, continuously seeking opportunities to improve efficiency. Your work will span across websites, videos, apps, branding, and digital campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, or related fields
- 3-4 years of experience in an agency project management or producer role, handling both digital and traditional deliverables
- Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, budgets, and schedules
- Strong client-facing skills and exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with content management systems like Webflow and WordPress
- Knowledge of agile and waterfall project management methodologies
- Experience collaborating with both creative and technical teams
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Confidence in client-facing interactions, both in person and over the phone
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping track of deliverables, timelines, and next steps
- Familiarity with macOS is essential, as we work in a Mac-based environment
- Some travel may be required
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and InDesign, with organizational knowledge of handling these files
- An interest in the digital, art, and design communities is welcomed
- Creative, passionate, and easy-going with a sense of humor
- Ability to be both a team leader and a collaborative team player
- Experience with project management tools like Basecamp, Monday.com, Teams, Asana etc

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive projects forward by understanding the business context, goals, success factors, platform strategy, and risks while managing timelines, client satisfaction, team engagement, and project profitability.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
- Manage a variety of projects, including websites, videos, apps, branding, and digital campaigns.
- Oversee the effective execution of projects for assigned accounts, ensuring quality delivery and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team leads (Director of Client Services, Creative Director, Director of Technology, Director of Strategy) to establish budgets, expenses, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
- Safeguard the agency's interests by managing staff allocation, budgets, and expenses.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource forecasts, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with clients to define approval processes and timing requirements, incorporating them into the project plan.
- Monitor project profitability and manage burn rates.
- Prepare and write estimates, statements of work, proposals, purchase orders, project roadmaps, and reports.
- Ensure proper project administration, including job codes, resource forecasting, project folders, POs, signed SOWs, etc.
- Facilitate meetings and working sessions with clients and internal teams.
- Assist in driving new business opportunities with existing accounts and participate in pitches when needed.
- Address problems proactively, collaborating with staff and vendors to resolve issues and implement process improvements.
- Act as the main point of contact for project-related matters, both internally and externally.
- Ensure ongoing quality of project delivery, tracking performance against client objectives and ensuring satisfaction.
- Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly internal project status meetings.
- Ensure accurate and timely project billing.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and digital best practices, evaluating their relevance to our business.
